Nexar is created from the reorganization of the Steel River Group

 
 

Effective November 1, 2022, Steel River Solutions and Steel River Equipment separated from Steel River Group. Led by the new majority owner and CEO, Nick Pentelichuk, as well as the key management team, Steel River Solutions and Steel River Equipment will now be known as Nexar Projects Ltd. and Nexar Equipment Ltd.

The combined management group has decades of experience in Western Canada’s pipeline industry, where they have successfully led major projects for industry-leading companies.

We can now forge our own path and help play an important role in creating an ever-advancing energy sector that grows and prospers,” said Mr. Pentelichuk.
